Talk to the merchant Saren Kaja in Shadeweavers Thicket, she will tell you about Payala Fruit. Collect 16 Payala Fruit, they are a ground spawn under the blue leaved trees in Shadeweavers, and look like small blue mushrooms. Once you have collected 16 of the fruit hand them in to Saren Kaja unstacked four at a time and she will give you four Sweet Payala Nectar.
Enter Shar Vahl, and directly across the bridge from Shadeweavers Thicket you will see a merchant named Chialle. Hand her the four Sweet Payala Nectar unstacked. You will receive experience and:
